Real Estate Decision Maker's audience is pre-screened. They want to buy a house. They now know what they want and are primed to buy.
Our advertising rates are ridiculously low. Basically, I simply want to cover my hosting and bandwidth fees. If you want your brokerage banner on just the results page, the cost is $100/year. If you want it on every page of the tool, the cost is $200/year. If you want everyone to fill out a form to find out where they live and only show your ad to the people in your region, we can do that too. If you want the tool, or a custom version of it, on your website, I'm willing to negotiate.
